New Client Inquiries

If you are interested in becoming a new in-person or virtual client, please reach out directly through email or by phone.

Current Clients

Current clients can access their client portal to schedule and change appointments.

Fees for Psychotherapy Clients:

The fee for new clients is $205 per therapy session (50 minutes). Please ask me about my sliding scale if that fee would be prohibitive. If my sliding scale slots are full, I can sometimes make suggestions about other ways to access therapy that may be more affordable.

Dana is committed to transparency about fees and follows the regulations put forth in the No Surprises Act.

Other possible charges:

·       Phone calls with clients exceeding 15 minutes are charged at $2/minute

·       Any report preparation will be billed at our prorated hourly rates

·       There is a $37 fee for any returned checks

Fees for Clinical Supervisees:

Dana is committed to providing high-quality clinical supervision for rates affordable to beginning clinicians. Please reach out to Dana to discuss clinical supervision and consultation options and fees. Phone calls and paperwork necessary for licensure are included in the cost of supervision.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that 24 hour advance cancellation of scheduled appointments is required in order to avoid being billed for the session.

Insurance: 

While Stone Cottage Counseling does not take insurance, Dana can provide receipts and documentation of therapeutic services at your request so you may file for out-of-network reimbursement.
